Most of the chalets have sea front locations with unobstructed views from your chalet window. We can offer a number of different locations throughout the park at Carmarthen Bay Holiday Village, dependent upon what type of holiday you are seeking. Most of the chalets we offer are very convenient for the entertainment complex, swimming pool, bar & restaurant, etc.. Also, we have chalets located in the quieter end of the holiday park, perfect for that well deserved chill-out! Wi-Fi is available at the entertainment centre, but is not guaranteed in the chalet.

We can also offer up to three chalets side-by-side, allowing us to welcome family parties of up to 18 guests. All chalets have electric heating in every room, and most also benefit from feature fireplaces in the living room. They are well maintained and tastefully decorated for your comfort during your stay with us. For the comfort of every guest , all of our chalets are designated as non-smoking areas.

About Gwendraeth Estuary & Carmarthen Bay

Carmarthen Bay is, without doubt, an area of natural beauty and a perfect location for that relaxing family holiday. We are positioned on the edge of the open sea, being on the mouth of the Gwendraeth Estuary. The tidal waters eb and flow twice a day, every day. When the tide is in, the estuary can become a hive of activity, with boating, skiers & wake-boarders, jet skiers, canoeists, and even wind surfers! Traditional beach games are often being played on the beach, and you may also see donkey rides parading up and down the sea front, directly in front of your chalet.

Fishermen cast from the beach perfect location to leave all your worries behind. If you’re lucky at dusk, you will see one of the most stunning sunsets . Children love rock pools.and what is better it is free .. In the distance , you can clearly see Saundersfoot, Tenby and Caldey Island the Benedictine Monks still habitat the island .In contrast, when the tide is out, there’s an abundance of wildlife that visit, the sights and sounds are just fantastic. It’s the simple things that children will remember for a lifetime, and there are many many fabulous rock pools for you all to explore with your nets and buckets. On the opposite side of the estuary, there’s the ancient shipwreck remains of the S.V. Paul which ran aground in 1925 … children’s imagination will simply run wild!
